- Lost mail
- Damaged Mail
- Unreceived parcels due to incorrect address provided
As the consumer you are required to check that all information given to me are accurate before submitting the orders.
Should there be a mistake or any other circumstances that require my assistance to edit any part of the order please contact me via twitter or email IMMEDIATELY.
Bigcartel does not have the function to cancel or refund orders so please be sure of your order and finances when placing it.
I reserve the right to deny any returns or exchanges should I deem them unreasonable.
If you want a refund on a PREORDER item that is not ready and has not been shipped out, I will not be responsible for the platform and tax fees incurred during the initial transaction unless the fault is due to a manufacturing delay or otherwise stated.
